Cookies Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This Cookies Policy explains how Spask Ltd ("Spaask", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://spaask.com and the Spaask application.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an online service. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the service is used.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage and httpOnly authentication cookies where appropriate.

2. Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for Spaask to function and cannot be switched off in our systems in the same way optional cookies can.

  • Authentication cookies: httpOnly refresh/session cookies used to keep you securely signed in and to renew your session.
  • Security cookies: used to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and support staging access controls on test environments where enabled.
  • Preference cookies: for example, sidebar expanded/collapsed state within your workspace dashboard.

3. Functional cookies

Functional cookies remember choices you make to provide a smoother experience, such as interface preferences. They are generally first-party cookies with a limited lifetime and SameSite protections where supported.

4. Third-party cookies

Some third-party services may set cookies when you interact with them through Spaask:

Stripe may set cookies when you complete hosted checkout, manage billing, or open the customer portal. Google may set cookies if you choose to sign in with Google OAuth.

  • Stripe: payment and subscription management.
  • Google: optional OAuth sign-in.

5. Analytics and marketing cookies

At present, Spaask does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies such as Google Analytics on the public marketing site or in the core application.

If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before using them.

6. How to manage cookies

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable essential cookies, parts of Spaask — including secure login — may not work correctly.

To manage third-party cookies from Stripe or Google, you may also need to review the privacy settings or policies of those providers.
